Your Trainer will also provide you with a customized meal plan. If you’re ever unsure about a workout, supplemental questions, nutritional questions or anything pertaining to your fitness your Trainer will give you all the guidance and support you need!
You will get all the support and the advice from your Trainer that you need to be successful! It is our job to provide you with everything you need to succeed, your success is what drives!

Online training works by first signing up we ask that you fill out a short questionnaire so we can learn more about you and your goals. This gives us the necessary information to personalize your program for you. After we receive your program our online training team then reviews it all and prepares your custom meal plan and workout regimen that will help you achieve your goals!
Online training can be very effective in giving you the necessary tools and structure needed to reach your goals. We as trainers have seem the importance of having a structured program to follow otherwise clients lose interest. Online training is great as you have the opportunity to communicate as little or often as you want with your online coach for any questions you may have! This is very helpful for very busy people with tough schedules that they can complete the workouts whenever it fits their schedule best.
Online training is right for you if you great at having a plan, following directions, and executing. Online training is more effective for some than others. Some people need more hands on guidance while other people are great at managing their workout experience as long as they have a plan to follow.
We do not mind if you are thoroughly satisfied with your training experience then we can refund you either partial or whole amounts depending on the length of training participated. We take pride in seeing our clients get results and helping people is our number one priority.
We typically strive for a time frame of 1-3 business days to develop our plans but this may vary depending on holidays, special events, and amount of customization that may be required in a particular plan.
We emphasize the importance of communication and require clients to check in at least weekly to biweekly to hear about their training experience. All clients will also be provided with a number to text/call if they need more immediate assistance.
This helps us learn best all the necessary information to develop the best program for you.
We can also create a home based workout program for you. Our goal is find a solution that works for you!
Communication levels vary depending on each person however we strive to have weekly communication between coach/client as a minimum.
The plan gets adjusted based upon feedback from the client on a as needed basis.
The plans are custom so it is important to provide as much necessary information possible to personalize the plan to you. There are enough “free” templates floating around on the internet that are available and we want to make sure you get the best possible program available for your needs and goals.
We support TRU supplements who are gluten free/soy free/peanut products free/ colors and dyes free/ and contain no artificial sweeteners.
The current majority of our training clientele is based around the US so we display our prices in USD.
If I want to extend my program beyond the 8 weeks do I get a discount/do I have to rebuy/ is it free? Up to how long?
We certainly offer discounted programs for anyone who wants to continue beyond 8 weeks as we evaluate the progress from the original plan and recreate a whole new plan for the upcoming 8 week for a reduced price.
It is highly encouraged for clients to send their coach progress pictures to gauge their progress but it is not by any means 100% necessary. We encourage clients to share as much information (weight, measurements, progress pictures) as they feel comfortable
Do you offer plans for disabled individuals, people with special needs, recovering from an injury, pregnant women, post natal, etc?
We determine plans for anyone with increased medical attention to be reviewed on a case by case basis to see if online training is a right fit for them as many medical conditions may require a more hands on training experience with a highly qualified professional. We understand that safety is highest importance.
